Decisive. Focused. Unapologetic.

Make a decision once and stop relitigating it at 2am. Reach for the book or the business you've been avoiding instead of your phone, and start before you feel ready. Coaching for high-achieving women with ADHD or AuDHD who are exhausted from endlessly trying to prove they're enough.

Without this work

None of this changes on its own

Some days you make it look effortless. Other days you're white-knuckling it, hoping nobody notices.

—

You open an app “for a minute” and surface an hour later, annoyed with yourself and no closer to what you meant to do.

—

The book, the business or the career change moves to next week's list. Again.

—

You've asked three people what they'd do and still don't trust the answer.

—

You get something wrong and replay it all evening, as if replaying it will fix it.

What changes when you’re in charge of your attention

Your attention and energy aren’t the same every day, and they don’t have to be. You’ll learn how your brain works, then build around it.

Focused

Be the one who decides where your attention goes, and aim it at the book, the business or the project you keep putting off.

Decisive

Make a decision once and move on. Get to an answer without a fourth opinion, and trust it when you’re lying awake at 2am. Start before you feel ready.

Unapologetic

Work out what you need to believe to get things done. Be as kind to yourself as you’d be to a friend, and don’t apologise for how your brain works.

I started before I felt ready

In my late thirties, I tried one idea after another, looking for a purpose or a career. At 41, I signed up for a free coding bootcamp, which sounded preposterous for a history and English major, and eighteen months later I had my first job.

I’m AuDHD, diagnosed late, a three-time certified coach, and I spent nearly ten years as a software engineer.

What it looks like from the other side

Lucy helped me shift my focus from the goal I thought I had to reach to the person I wanted to become, a perspective that completely unblocked me. She listened deeply, asked powerful questions, and gave me tools to better understand myself and my values.

When I felt stuck in my career, I kept putting off conversations with my boss, always waiting for the 'right time.' Lucy helped me shift my mindset, cut through my excuses, and take action. Thanks to her coaching, I've started pursuing opportunities more confidently and am actively advancing in my career.

My weekly coaching sessions with Lucy over three months have changed my life. She helped me develop tools for practising self-compassion, question my self-limiting assumptions, and feel good about myself. Lucy is kind, highly intelligent, empathetic, with a wicked sense of humour.

Same brain, different week

You can keep white-knuckling it.

Or you can have a different week.

You look up from your phone and an hour has gone. You show yourself some compassion and produce a day’s worth of work in two hours.

You no longer have a to-do list. You know that if the thing is important, it will get done.

You make a decision and you trust yourself with it. You don’t need to run it past everyone you know, and you don’t reopen it at 2am.

You send an email with the wrong date in it. You set up a check so it can’t happen again, then put it down and get on with your evening.
